Stone Path Therapy offers individual therapy for adults (18+) and teens (14+), with a specialty in somatic approaches. While traditional talk therapy can sometimes leave us stuck in thought loops and old patterns, incorporating the body into the therapeutic process can help us move forward in new ways. The body holds emotions, trauma, and wisdom — and when we learn to listen to it, we can open up new pathways for insight, growth, and relief.

While ART, hypnosis, breathwork, and ego state therapy are some of the core modalities used, they’re not the only ones. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we believe in creating a process that’s responsive to you. We’ll work together to explore what feels most helpful, supportive, and aligned with your needs. That might include somatic therapy, mindfulness, energy practices, or other approaches.
